Hello! I am trying to convert these checkered flags to svg through INK but with the black background I had to invert it which then changed the black to white and vice versus. Is there any way to get rid of the black background without have to invert the colors? HELP PLEASE! TIA ps sorry it's so big!

okay just one question..I have the flag I want in svg form in Inkscape but there is the white box around it...I flipped it so that I can make the flags cross but the white box is getting in the way. How do I get the white box to go away and just have the flag? TIA
