After dowloading 2.002 version scal says cricut cannot be found make sure it is connected and on.I am running win xp and there is no winxp mode in my setting..

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling.. Maybe see if this helps.. I haven't heard of anyone else having this problem yet..
