Craft Edge

I have some designs I want to share with a friend - she wants them in SCUT form. If she doesn't have the SVG's, will her computer be able to read the SCUT file? They don't include any fonts, just designs.

If you send her scut files she just has to open them in SCAL
You can send her svg files and she just imports them into SCAL.
