HI.... I purchased SCAL and tried to do some cutting but it cuts lines through some of letters. is it suppose to pick up after each letter like the Cricut does when cutting from a cartridge?
Any suggestions? Some letters cut ok and then the next will be cut in half?

You should go to the Craft Edge website, craftedge.com, and send an email to Support. We have had that problem and Todd can troubleshoot it for you.

this typically happens when you have updated the Cricut Design Studio. If you uninstall CDS and reinstall the original software, it should take care of this random cutting. If you have not updated the Cricut software, I would contact support for SCAL.
