Dirt Pile/ mound

Does anyone have a dirt pile. I use to have the die from the sizzix for the sand mound and I can't seem to find it. It seems like it would be easy to create in inkscape but I am very new and haven't gotten that far yet. Has anyone done this yet? THanks so much.
