Here is another graduation cap cupcake wrapper.
I think you want the height to be 3.64 inches, but as usual I suggest cutting a test wrapper to make sure it will fit your cupcakes.

Good job Heather! I thought about playing around with the 3d version, but I had a feeling you would be up to the challenge. The one in the original picture is really cool.
