I agree with the multiple mats or would even be happy if I could have more than one screen open, if you could not do multiple mats. That way when I cut & paste I would not have to close one out to open the new one.

thanks for bringing this up again. would really be helpful to have this. i am still also a fan of group and ungroup for individual objects, as opposed to just Select All

multiple mats or multiple layers ... the ability to work with more than one mat at a time (shadows on one mat, regular fonts on another) or the ability to make layers and cut one layer at a time. Great for working with paper piecings to make sure everything fits together, then cutting them in different colors! It can be done now, just not as easy.

btt. When working with the things I create in Inkscape this feature is extremely necessary - especially since the sizes don't import right. Thanks!

I'm hoping Todd is already working on this. Would be a BIG help!!
