Need a Rolodex Card File please!

I want to alter a rolodex and am looking for a .svg file of a rolodex card (with the holes to put into the actual rolodex) so I can cut out patterned paper with my cricut.

Anyone have one?

I measured a Rolodex and ours are 4" wide. Same as the file I posted.
