Hi all, I use SCAL5/pro ver. 5.030. The newest version = 5.031. I want to updating trough fill in the update screen with all my data (Full name & serial number) Always I got the message for a bad data-input. Even when I do the manual updating, I got a special activation-code. Even with this code filling in the field, always an error. Please who can help me? I am so happy with the SCAL-software and I want to use the last version.

You don't need to input your name and serial number in order to update version 5. That's only needed for older versions of SCAL (1 - 4). So, instead, just click on the version you need here (the large colored icons)
