Problems with downloading Inkscape

I have been trying to download Inkscape since yesterday. I go to the Inkscape.org site, click on download in the upper right hand corner, and I get a Google box that says the "Oops! This link appears broken". And I also get Did you mean: downloads.sourceforge.net/inkscape/Inkscape-0.46.win32.7z, so I go there and I also get the message that says the link is broken. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am apparently doing something wrong. I have Windows Vista if that makes a difference.
