Hi!

So I downloaded SCAL the other day (I just got the personal expression about 2 months ago so I am still new at all this) and tried to cut some fonts. I adjusted the machine for the weight of the paper but it did not cut through all the way. Any suggestions? Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks so much.

You can also adjust the blade depth. Try the setting at 2 or 3 or higher.

I usually set my pressure at the highest or next to highest setting and the blade housing setting to the highest or next to highest. I don't usually have problems though I haven't tried with thicker paper than Creative Memories paper (not the thinner sheets). There is also a multi-cut option in SCAL (Cutter -> Multicut) that might help you too.
