Another tulip border

Here is another one.
I put extra tulip shapes in the file in case you want to add a second layer for the flowers. If you don't want them, either delete them, or move them off the virtual mat.

I just noticed an extra little bit off to the left on the svg. I deleted it, and attached the new file above.
