Craft Edge

On some of my print and cut pictures, the blackout doesn't work and consequently I get double line cuts or it will cut out parts that are supposted to be blacked out. Any suggestions on how to get rid of the inside lines so it doesn;t cut out? Thanks

Are you familiar with your layers pallet? You can go down the layers and turn them off and on until you locate the ones you do not want to cut. Then go to your tools (the wrench) and turn the cut lines to draw. It will then not cut those lines. You can also just hide or delete the layer, and it won't cut either.
