Does this work with any cricut machine. I need it for a Cricut personal machine.

No, so sorry, it doesn't. If you had a very old copy from years ago, you would still be able to use it. But it is impossible to purchase now, and don't be fooled by anyone selling it on ebay or such, it won't be a legit copy.
