HELP! SCAL2.0.30 & Expression

Which version of SCAL2 will allow me to cut with my Cricut Expression with firmware v2.43? 
When I attempt to initiate the cut a warning message pops up stating that Expression: 2.1 or 2.3x firmware is required then the job hangs and doesn't completed.
