still looking for preview help for svg files

What do you use? I have not found anything on google, I keep running into using inkscape, whatever that is?
This is an overview of Inkscape. I use it to trace and design even though it can be done in SCAL. There's a learning curve, but there are a lot of helpful tutorials on youtube.
