Update to ecal posted today 2.006

I downloaded it and seems to be fine. Here is what was added/fixed for and mac. I'm not sure if there is a new version for scal4 since I do not have it but you might want to check your version on win to ensure you have the latest version. Unfortunately ecal still does not have "extrude" in effects like scal4. Oh well I have scal4 so I just to extrude in it and then open in ecal2 to cut
