church box

Does anyone have or know where I can get a simple box that looks like a church? I know SVG cuts has one but it is way more complicated than I want. I don't mind paying but I found one online from England and she wanted almost $14 for it. TIA

Jan, this one is only $3.00 and looks delightfully cute. Too bad you can't see the instructions but looks like it might to together easily. If you poke around on the site there are 2 or 3 others.

That is a cute one Sue but I can't tell if it is a box. My husband wants to put an egg he engraved into it as a gift. Thanks for your help!
