Instant ribbon template

A few years ago, there was a free file given out by Christine Smith Digital Design called " 24 Instant Ribbon Templates" . I had it at on my old computer but apparently didn't transfer it to my new one . Does any one out there have that file? I've searched everywhere on the internet to find it but Christine Smith's blog is now by invitation only. Thanks for any help.
