Please can you make SCAL3 remember what units you choose under View~Ruler units.
For us in the rest of the workd who use the metric system we have to change this every time we open the program.

One thing you can do is Save a blank Project and give it a name like Layout in CM or MM. When you open eCAL, choose the .scut file with that name and it will open in CM or MM (whichever unit you use).
