Craft Edge

Hi,
I went to my SCAL program and my properties table is missing, i tried going to the top of the screen and click on it but it doesnt come up. How do i get it back? I wanted to create a shadow or blackout of a file and i cant without that table. I have the library/and fonts and shapes table but not the properties. Hope someone can help me.

Do you have the two blue bars at the top right of screen that says "document" and "page"?

And did you actually place something on your mat -- like text or a shape? (That changes the view of the properties panel.)
