Looking for a military-style dog tag to cut please

Hi, We are having a going-away party right away for some young men in our Church joining the National Guard. I was hoping to make a dog tag cut for their cards and am going crazy trying to find one! Of course it's because I'm in a hurry and panicing... I sure appreciate any links to cut files for military; especially a single dog tag.

Thank you both so much... they are both perfect! Now we are 'cutting away' and we're going to spray the chipboard silver and buy some chain at the hardware store to attach.
