Craft Edge

I've had my eclips since February 2013 and have been in love with it. I have not had any problems UNTIL two days ago. I have created my design and set it to cut. It begins cutting and 1/2 way through it starts not cutting, it resets the cutting point and then ejects the mat all the while the machine is still spinning and working. I've tried turning off and then back on, left it off overnight, and even reinstalled the software. Nothing has worked. Any suggestions?

Contact Sizzix customer support. they are very responsive to issues with the machines.

It's not a year old yet, so if there is a defect, they will send you a new one. they will probably ask you to take a little video of what it is doing, so if you have it on, you might go ahead and get that part done to save time. They are really great up there, and they'll take care of you.
