I had contacted CE Support last week about a problem and it took a little longer than usual to get a reply. When I got my answer Brandon, my favorite tech guy, answered with an apology that he and his wife had just had a new baby boy and he had been busy.

How about we make some Welcome/Congrats cards for them?
