registration Marks not playing well

Please tell me what Im doing wrong!
I finally got my silverBullet to move to the registration marks without being on the eternal pause however the prob I have now is that the registration marks on my print/cut aren't printing in the correct place ie I get the top two to print correctly but the bottom mark will only print on the left side NOT the right side that the machine wants.
I am using win 8 and a cannon MG 8150 printer
