Help ---Please

I want to make a vinyl decal for my truck window with my daughters Cheer Squad name and one for my sons Football team name. I have attached a photo of the closest thing that I could find that reflects what I am trying to do. Although, you will note that the words in this photo go all the way around the circle making the bottom words appear upside down. I don't want that - I want ~~~ CHEER at the top of the circle and SHOCK at the bottom of the circle. I also would like to be able to place her name in the center circle (welded as well). I would love some assistance with this - I have the template in inkscape but cannot get the letters to work. I have attached the inkscape file as well. Any help in making this into a easily editable template where I can change the words would be SO greatly appreciated.

There is a good video on this here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2f6vVp4I ... 1&index=12

The text stays editable until you convert to path. HTH

Heather, thanks for posting this. I can't view the videos from the heathenx site and I never thought to look for them on youtube.

Hope you can use this. I made two different fonts.

To add the name, I had no problem when I inserted it inside the circle and welded in SCAL.

Thank you so very much for your quick responses!! The video really helped and Althea - the two that you had done were wonderful!! I am very new to all of this and I am sure have hours upon hours of learning to do. I had made another one via the video instructions and it worked out perfectly....except for one problem....when I import it to SCAL - the letters are missing! Could you please explain what I have done wrong - or what needs to be done?

My file is attached.

Thanks,
Patty
