Sizzix Die "Top Note"

Hi all. I am looking for a shape like the Sizzix Die "Top Note" sold by SU!. It is so cute and has slits (like stiching) all the way around it. I am fairly new to all this so any help would be great! Thanks. Jill

The sticking would have taken another hour or so and most probably wouldn't have cut well, so I hope that is okay for your project.
