Help!!!!

I need help getting this svg file to cut without an outline in inkscape. I am trying to make vinyl window decals with sure cuts a lot for my daughter's gym. Any help on how I need to do this would be greatly appreciated!

I don't understand what you mean by "without an outline". I welded the parts that are touching together, though the p,n, c, and h aren't actually touching the top bar.
