I use a program called Scrapbook Max for digital scrapbooking. It came with basic shapes but it allows you to make your own masks for shapes in PSP or PSE and import them into the program. I think it would great if I could make my own shapes and cut them out.

One thing that I was able to do last night was create a shape in Photoshop Elements and then import it into the Inkscape program (
http://www.inkscape.org/) to do the "path" stuff and then save the shape as a .svg to import into Sure Cuts A Lot.

you can! I make my own shapes in photoshop, or paint shop pro, save as a bmp, then import it into illustrator, or inkscape. Then trace, and save as a svg-- then import into scal and cut.
