Hello I don't know if anyone could help me but, I try to trace the image in my sure cuts a lot. I kept getting a blank screen. I have sure cuts a lot 2. Can anyone help me or turn my file into a SVG? The image is for my son's base ball team. We would like to put the image on the helmets.

it traced in scal3 pro for me. this is my settings (no doubt other settings would work too)
