Craft Edge

I just got scal and have been cutting shapes out with it fine, but I just tried to use one of my script fonts and it doesn't seem to be cutting through the paper... I'm using Bazzill cardstock and I have the blade set at 6 and pressure is max, and I've tried different speeds. I have a brand new blade too. I can see the outline of the words I'm cutting on the paper, but it's not cutting through the paper.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Nevermind...it's seems to be working now! Guess the best solution is to always just turn it off and try again!
