All of a sudden my eClips will not load my mat! The rollers turn when I pull the mat away, but when I put the mat up to the rollers, they do not turn. I am using a new mat. I have pushed the red re-set button. HELP PLEASE!!

I guess you have to contact the company. You can try to wipe the sensor, as mentioned previously with a dry q-tip...nothing wet. Is there more than one way to load the mat? This is a bummer, and I am sorry you are having problems again.

I am in contact with the company. I sent them the video. They are going to send me a FedEx label to return it. When I get it back, it will be the 4th machine in a 4 month period. I thought these were supposed to be really good. I am so discouraged, frustrated, and losing money. I have 3 orders in the works and now I have to put a hold on them. I will probably lose my clients that took so much work to get. I cannot be the only person with on-going issues. This is nuts!

I think there have been a number of problems, and likewise a number of people who are thrilled with how things work.
It is like my printer....inexpensive but does the job GREAT,... and there are others who feel the same, however, there were also many complaints and now they don't make that particular model anymore. Weird how things happen.

I know you have to be super frustrated....I hope they can get a solution that works for you!!!!

Hi! im doing some works as well with my eclips... but it is the second one that is not working anymore... just yesterday stoped working... Yes it is frustating!!!!!!!!! what can we do with this machine? shoul we ask for our money back? which machine is not that BAD ENGINEERING??? How long should I wait to have another machine???
