Urgent Help Needed with non responsive eCAL

Please if someone is available I sent an email to support.
I have am in the middle of preparing for a faire tomorrow :shock: !
I own two eClips machines and it has effected both.

Suzane, what is the problem?

With a design, the cutter, the software?

We can'T help without more info.

i sent off another message to CraftEdge pointing them to your plea for help. It is after business hours but mane someone will see it yet tonight.

Papasue- thank you I did get a response fairly quick. Unfortunately I am still trying to get my issues resolved. Ellison is working on it now I guess............
