Craft Edge

Help! I've just purchased an ECLIPS machine with the intention of using this to cut lightweight chipboard, but every time I try to load the feeder wont accept the depth of material more than standard card.

What am I doing wrong? I can't seem to find any information on how to raise the roller bar to accept the different thickness of material....

There is a materials setting, I believe, but not certain where...bumping up for you so someone will answer.
