HELP!!!! Link downloads wrong SCAL!!!!

I bought my SCAL the end of 2009 or beginning of 2010. My computer crashed, got it fixed. Went to re install my SCAL with my cd, but can not find it. So I emailed craft edge, they sent me a link to download again. But now it downloads SCAL 3 and it's not compatible with my cricut. I have emailed craft edge several times, they keep sending me the same link. I have my sn#. Can someone help me? I miss my SCAL!!!!!

I have contacted support at CE on your behalf. I expect that you will hear from them soon I hope.

Thank you, I have contacted them several times. They keep sending me to the same link, which downloads SCAL 3.
