Trying to do my initials for my window but I want one color and then I want a second color outline. Any help?

Is this what you want? Place the letter, copy and paste a duplicate, go to the appearance tab and change from normal to shadow (you can change the color of the copy to see the second one better). Use the layers panel to rearrange which is on top and bottom.

Okay, I did the copy and paste but everytime I go to shadow rounded it takes half my letter away and only leaves a small line in its place. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I'm sure its something I'm doing but I have tried this every day since this post.

What font are you working with? Some fonts don't work well. Tell me and I will see what happens.

No it's not either of those fonts. I'll look and see if I can find the link and post it.
