Craft Edge

Ok I have this doolebat that I am wanting the inside line taken out of, but I can't get it into a program to be able to take it out. I have tried inkscape but it won't go I have tried paint.net but I can't get it to go in there. Can anyone please help me? TIA
I can't even get it in here so that you all can look at it. I have tried putting it into a word document but that doesn't work either.

is a dooblebat different then a dingbat? Because I have a dooblebat and it when I select the doolebat in inkscape it just turns to a font instead of the dooblebat. KWIM?

can you post a link to the doodlebat?

Did you install the font in the Windows directory. I don't know about the font manager or how they work as I only use installed fonts.

If it is installed, it should definitely show up in a word document. I have not had a problems with the fonts in paint either. I have had cases where fonts didn't show up in INK and usually I typed the letters I wanted in Paint, saved as a jpg and opened in INK and went from there.

If your dingbat shows up as a letter, try typing it in as a capitol letter. That usually works for me.
