Loading mat from ecal

The button on my eclips for loading the cutting mat has stuck in and won't pop out again. Whilst I am waiting for Sizzix to get back to me does anyone know if you can load mat from ecal like you can from the hand held controller.

Yes, you can, I do it all the time. I don't have my ecal computer here, or I would walk you through it. But as I remember, it was an easy button to find, either the drop down menu or the user interface maybe?
As for the stuck button, I had that happen to the one on the left when I bumped it, carrying it out the door. After a quick look-see, I found there isn't anything directly behind the button, and if my fingers were longer, I could have just pushed it back out. But I couldn't reach it, so took something short (an ink pen cap, I think), carefully maneuvered it in then used that to pop the stuck button out. It was fine after that.

Hi, the load mat is in the cutting panel. When you select "cut" and the cutting panel opens it is on the bottom row. Hope it works until you get the button unstuck.

Ineke, I've seen that on the cut menu but I've never had the controller plugged in so I just ignored it, but I tried it anyway and it works!
Thanks for finding yet another gem in eCAL,
