First question is or is not Sure Cuts 2 still available for Cricut Expression?
SCAL2 is not available for a new purchase for any Cricut/ProvoCraft machines. Sorry.
I don't know for sure whether you can upgrade a version you already own you'd have to contact http://support@craftedge.com, or just check the website at http://craftedge.com/downloads.
