Craft Edge

I have created some FREE files to share with anyone that would like to have them however the one Shop till you Drop does not show that it is welded when I click weld and then Preview. It may work for some of you or Do I need to do something to the original file in Inkscape? Now the Shopaholic has 2 layers inc shadow but it works ok with Weld and Preview so if anyone know what I did wrong please help me and I will fix.

I did make a few changes and you did a great job. It did not appear the word Shop and Till you Drop were welded. I ungrouped them, then did break apart. When using the break apart, I used Path-Difference to remove the center of the letters (such as the P). I used the Path-Difference on the word Shop so it now is pieced out of the oval shape. I took the individual words that were not welded and did Path-Union to them individually to join them together.

If you don't want the word Shop cut out of the oval, do the same thing as done with the other words, break apart/use path-difference on centers of letters and then union them together. Oh, and the words Shopaholic (I just pulled them apart as I'm not sure how theyu will cut. They are both the same size, just staggered layers.)

Hope this makes sense. Don't have much time this morning, but wanted to try to do those few things for you.

Thanks so much. You did a great job. I just could not figure it out for some reason. Probably because I was trying to do too many things at once. So thanks again. I meant to also suggest Ungrouping the Shopaholic with shadow to cut and I forgot.

Whatever the two of you did this is a super file to play with.
