Have you looked at Penny Duncans website at her free Shaplies svgs? Think PDC THL1 Shaplie is very similar. Scroll down Nestlies (Shaplies) Tutorial to download.

Or do it in inkscape and do a trace image or fill in with the paint bucket and save as an svg.. Also you can do a trace image right in SCAL.
