Do they exist? I'd love to make dolls or similar of Dorothy, Lion, Scarecrow and Tinman

Can anyone make these? I have a picture of ones someone made (the completed ones, not patterns), and while they dont have to be exact (I know thats copyright) they give an idea of what I'm looking for..

I tried to "draw" them but that was SO not happening LOL!

I saw someone make the set from the PDDU. It was in a swap. They were truly amazing!
