Hi I realise that this is an older thread, but I did a search on "tickets" and got this in response.

I wanted to use the SVG but can't understand why I can see the file to download. I can see the jpg image

Can anyone help.

hi, there may be a couple of reasons for missin files.

1. she only posted the image and put the file on her blog. see her blog

2. She left the forum and deleted her file. this happens unfortunately and the moderators do their best to delete the posts. If you come across any more missing pix or files, please click in the report button and a moderator will clean up the post.
