Sandy you can probably glue the backsides of the svgs together and hang them from your lights in your classroom
..

Thanks all! I need to update my blog to mention that you could just lop off the basket and add a ribbon below to make it feel like just a cluster of balloons...those would be cute from the ceiling with riboons dangling, too! I love 3d items!
