Hi there

I don't know if I originally got this link from here or found it by searching free svg files, however I have just finished sorting them all out etc after having downloaded them all on June 1st. I had to go back in my history to find out where the heck I downloaded all these svg files

Anyway I don't know how well they cut but here you go :)
http://clipart.nicubunu.ro/

This is the cut and paste info from the site... Hope you all like it

All of those images are made by me and are released as Public Domain, so they can be used whitout any restriction.

The file format is SVG, a W3C standard and, in my experience, the best tool for viewing and editing them is Inkscape, but any SVG editor should do the job.
Warning: for viewing in the web browser, at the moment the best option is the brta release of Firefox 3, as previous versions have problems displaying advanced SVG features.

total of 29 galleries

see also my main Cartoons repository.

Cheers
Sharon

You may not have the SVG file type associated with a program. If you have Inkscape, associate the SVG file type to Inkscape (or other graphics editor program you might have). If you don't have Inkscape or other graphics editor program, you might download Inkscape and the file association might be made for you.

You need to IMPORT SVG files into SCAL, you cannot OPEN them in SCAL. It sounds like your message is in response to you opening an SVG file.

You likely need Inkscape for most of the SVG files I uploaded on these boards. Most of them have layers and you don't need all layers. If you want to use one I've uploaded and are having trouble, let me know which one and I'll work on it for you. However, it's a good idea to go through the Inkscape tutorials so you can learn how to use it.

Are you talking about an SVG file I uploaded to this forum? If so, can you please provide a link? I don't see it under food, and do not get a hit if I search for "beer" or "mug".

Thanks!
