silhouette cutfile

I am still a newbie,,I am trying to make a silhouette cut file from a picture.But it doesn't get right.Is anyone willing to try to do it for me,,need it to make a Christmas gift.Thanks

I attatched the picture ,I hope I did it right.It is my daughter in law,and my son.I want to try to make a silhouette and cut black vinyl to make a glass block light for them for Christmas. Any help would be awesome.
