Help turning this in an SVG

Is there anyway to turn this into an svg? If so, could someone please help!! I want to make a 3D chandelier to put in a haunted house I am making. Thanks in advance!

Thanks soo much for your help. It turned out great! I haven't been able to figure out how to turn images into svg files.
