Challenge... Need help decorating a cake in a card

I have designed a two-tiered cake card (I can't say that I had the original idea) for my husband's birthday, but I need help/inspiration decorating the "cake"... anybody want to help?
PS don't cut the horizontal lines... those are there for folding reference...

WOW.. What an awesome job... Is your hubby a golfer?? for some reason or other I see the top of the layers as golfing greens.. LOL.. May be that is because hubby has been golfing a few times this summer :S ...

AHEM... I decided to keep it clean
... here is my results... so far! My icing is a little messy, I will have to work on my ruffles
the candles are wrapped with ribbon that I ran through my xyron and the flame is shiny vinyl.
