Hello, I recently purchased a file from a website that I need opened, ungrouped, and saved as an svg if that is possible. It is an .ai file. I thought I would be able to open it in ink, but it's not letting me. Is there anyone oput there who has AI that would be willing to help me? I will email you the file if you wouldn't mind offering a hand. TIA! amy

I was just looking at a blog and she had a conversion type chart for all different types of files -- I do remember she noted something on the .ai files conversion.... I recvd an email from her responding to a question very quickly

I have used adobe reader to open .ai files. I have no idea how to ungroup everything tho.

I'd be glad to open and save it for you, just email me the file, and where to re-email it back to, or if it's small enough I can repost it here.
