Craft Edge

I have downloaded a free vector file of the Rotary International logo and I converted it in inkscape but it is not a clean cut. Can anyone convert it and clean it up. The clean up process is something I need to learn. Trying to use it on a layout from a luncheon that my daughter attended. I have attached the jpeg. Thanks so much.

I downloaded the vector .eps and converted to .svg, then deleted a few double lines.
